Our Events & Projects
The Alexandrian Review was only founded about a year ago, but we have worked hard to try and impact as much of the writing community as possible. Below is one of the projects we have seen through, and we hope to add more in this upcoming year!
The Global Writer's Convention 2024
The GWC 2024 was an opportunity for multiple writing communities and individuals to connect, learn, and share about different aspects of writing, including but not limited to different opportunities, the craft, the process, the publication, the resources, the network and threads of the community, and overall how to become a better writer! Recording
We recorded (most of) the convention for it to be available even after taking place! We hope it can be a valuable resource and help someone out there who needs guidance!

[...] It goes to show that there are many youth creatives and people passionate about writing, art, and photography. Amplifying that there are truly people who share the same hobbies as us, as well as learn so much more about literary magazines and publication in general! I am so happy to have been able to attend even a couple minutes, as every minute provides valuable and easy to chew content.
I loved attending the Global Writers' Convention! [...] I especially enjoyed the Literary Resources/Opportunities panel, as it introduced me to myriad literary magazines that I hadn't been acquainted with. If there is a convention planned for next year, I highly look forward to attending it!
I really enjoyed the 2024 Global Writers' convention! It was so helpful and informative, and best of all, never at one point was it boring! It would be amazing if more Conventions like these were held in coming future. I also really admire the Alexandrian Review for getting such a large and diverse community of writers and literary agencies together! [...]
