Our goal is to have editors, writers, and subscribers from all around the world and from different backgrounds. We would love to have you on our team! Please note the following:

• Editors must be above age 14 in order to be eligible, and cannot be older than 18.

• Editors must have access to a laptop, iPad, or other device that gives them access to Google services (Docs, Forms, Sheets, Calendar). This cannot be an iPhone.

• Throughout the application process you will be asked to join our Editors-in-Chief on a Google Meet and to edit a piece to showcase your ability. 

• Editors commit to 1-2 hours of editing per piece (max).

• ​We prefer if applicants have previous editing experience (this can be in classroom settings-- a lot of our editors learned to edit in creative writing classes). ​
